Ingredients
100 ea Morningstar Farms® Veggie Chik'n Nuggets
10 fl oz Olive oil
10 oz Cheese, parmesan, grated
5 c Marinara Sauce
1# 12 oz Spaghetti, whole grain
Method
Cook the spaghetti in boiling water until cooked through with a light bite, drain
Heat up the marinara sauce to 165°F and mix together with the pasta
Transfer the spaghetti to a hotel pan and hold hot at 140°F or above for service
Dip the Morningstar Farms® Veggie Chik'n Nuggets in the olive oil, then press one side into the parmesan, making a cheese crust on one side
Lay the nuggets cheese side facing up, on a sheet tray lined with paper
Bake the nuggets at 325°F for 10 minutes, the cheese should be golden and nuggets hot in the center, 165°F or above
Serve 4 nuggets per serving of ¾ cup spaghetti pasta, either on the side or on top
