Black Bean Burger with Chili Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

19 # Chili sweet potato waffle fries

6 1/2 Qt Pineapple salsa

100 ea Morningstar Farms® Spicy Black Bean Veggie Burgers

6 fl oz Oilve oil blend

Method

  1. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and spray with non stick spray

  2. Scoop a #6 scoop of the Chili Sweet potato waffle fries onto the parchment, repeat until all the scoops have been scooped

  3. Top each sweet potato scoop with a Morningstar Farms® Spicy Black Bean Veggie Burger patty, press down slightly to set it

  4. Brush each patty with olive oil

  5. Cook the patties at 350F for 20 minutes, until at least 165F in the center and lightly browned

  6. Serve with ¼ cup of the pineapple salsa for each burger stack
