Caramelized Pear Butter

1 Serving = 1/8 cup or #30 scoop

Method

Ingredients

2 #10 Can, drained

1 1/2 Cup

1 1/2 Tbsp

1 Cup

Canned Pears, diced

Honey

Cinnamon, ground

Brown Sugar

  1. Over a medium high heat add all ingredients to a large pot and slowly reduce. Continue to slowly stir until pears are caramelized and soft.

  2. Remove from heat.  Utilizing an immersion blender, blend caramelized pears until smooth.

  3. Cool pear butter.

  4. Store in a 22-gallon bucket and place in the refrigerator overnight.
