Jamie Hartz is manager of culinary systems with Sodexo’s Culinary Solutions Team. In this role, Jamie organizes master nutrient, ingredient, and recipe data for Sodexo North America and supports product alignment, recipe testing, validation, and menu compliance with a current focus on the K-12 segment. A registered dietitian by trade, Jamie has a BS from the University of Pittsburgh and an MS from George Mason University and over 30 years of foodservice experience including frontline, management, academic, and clinical dietetics. In addition to her food and nutrition focus, Jamie uses her operational experience and passion for mentoring to serve Sodexo and her team with the creation and management of mentoring and professional development opportunities and programs. She is a member of the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics’ School Nutrition Services Dietetic Practice Group. (Gaithersburg, MD)
