Fried Catfish Sandwich with Katsu Special Sauce

Catfish Fillet
Coleslaw (find the recipe here)
Hoagie Roll
Katsu Special Sauce (recipe follows)
Catfish Fillet
Cornmeal
Cajun Seasoning
Vegetable Oil
Coarse Salt
Kikkoman Katsu Sauce
Mayo
Sesame Oil
Sriracha
Lemon Juice
Method
For the Catfish:
1. Mix cornmeal with cajun seasoning.
2. Dredge catfish with cornmeal and cajun seasoning mixture until full caote don both sdies.
3. Heat up oil in saute pan on medium high heat until oil is hot.
4. Pan fry catfish until golden brown, flip and cook on other side until fully cooked.
5. Sprinkle catfish with salt after removed from pan.
For the Katsu Special Sauce:
1. Mix all ingredients together in bowl.
To assemble the Sandwich:
1. Spread special sauce on both sides of the roll.
2. Split catfish fillet lengthwise and place onto bread
3. Add coleslaw onto sandwich, next to catfish.
