1 #16 scoop

1/2 Cup

Stacy’s® Multigrain (WGR) Pita Chips

Hummus, freshly prepared or Sabra® Classic Hummus Bulk

Fresh Fruit and/or Vegetables (e.g., berries, carrots, cucumbers)

  1. Empty the contents of a Stacy’s Multigrain Pita Chips bag into a mixing bowl.

  2. Fill a 12oz black plastic bowl to portion 1.5oz of the pita chips onto a 5-compartment tray.

  3. Use #16 scoop to dish out a 2oz portion of hummus on the 5-compartment tray.

  4. Use a 2oz spoodle to portion ½ cup of fruit or vegetable on the 5-compartment tray.

    CCP: Hold for cold service at 140 °F.
