Fruit: 3 oz.

Ingredients

6.25 Gallon Vanilla Yogurt

4 oz. Clover Honey

18.75 lb. Frozen Blueberries

Method

  1. Place blueberries in large blender and blend for 4 minutes or until

    smooth.

  2. Add yogurt and honey to blender. Blend one (1) minute.

  3. Portion into 12 oz. cups. Clover Honey 4 oz. Hold in chiller.
