Method

Apple Slices
Cinnamon, Ground
Flat Bread
1. Open 30 bags of apple slices into a mixing bowl. Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp of cinnamon and mix well.
2. Set up sandwich station: peanut butter, flat bread, sliced apples, # 30 scoop, butter spreader, chef knife and cutting board.
3. Lay out flatbread on cutting board.
4. Place 2-#30 scoops peanut butter on flatbread and spread evenly.
5. Next, place 4 apple slices with cinnamon on top of peanut butter.
6. Tuck in both sides of the wrap and roll. Cut in half on a diagonaly
a. Individual sandwiches may be wrapped in plastic or b. Served in bulk (without plastic) placed in 2" deep steamtable pan, covered with foil. Discard at end of service day.
7. Date with day of production and refrigerate.
