Andy Montero is the owner of Montero's Restaurant Bar & Catering in Elizabeth City, North Carolina. He is a graduate and former instructor at Johnson & Wales University. As a member of Chef Cyndie’s K-12 Culinary Team, Andy educates school nutrition professionals on culinary techniques and simple scratch cooking through recipe development, cooking classes, and virtual demos.
