"We are incredibly proud to be a part of the CIA Healthy Kids Collaborative and have learned so much from our time spent developing delicious and nutritious recipes at CIA.  We are consistently striving to increase the acceptance of healthy and nutritious foods in our schools by creating innovative menu items. One way that we accomplish this is by preparing and serving a different roasted vegetable every week that is also featured on our garden salad bar. We use the same no sodium added seasonings and herbs featured on our student accessible Spice Stations to roast our weekly vegetable so students can replicate the flavor themselves, too."
