Grain Options

1.5 OEG 1 oz Stacys Pita Chips (~9 chips)

2 OEG 1.4 oz Stacys Pita Chips (~13 chips) + 1/4 Cup Cooked Brown Rice

Hummus Options

1.5 OE 2 oz Sabra Hummus + 1/2 oz. Part Skim Mozzerella Cheese

2 OE 2 oz Sabra Hummus + 1 oz. Part Skim Mozzerella Cheese

Vegetable Options

1/8 - 1/4 Cup Tomatoes, canned or fresh

1/8 - 1/4 Cup Cucumber, chopped

1/8 - 1/4 Cup Peppers and Onions, frozen

1/8 - 1/4 Cup Corn, fresh, frozen, or canned

1/2 Cup Leafy Greens, chopped

15g (~4 ea) Black Olives

Method

  1. Arrange chips, hummus, cheese, and veggies in a bowl for grab-and-go service.

    Optional: Add lemon wedge, Oil/ Vinegar dressing.
