Andrew Urbanetti is assistant director of culinary programs for Boston Public Schools. Previously, he was executive chef of Harvard Law School and has an extensive background as a chef in both fine dining and multi-unit operations. With degrees from Le Cordon Bleu in London and Brandeis University, Andrew also holds a master’s degree in food communication from the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Parma, Italy. As an avid member of Slow Food International and long-time supporter of New England foods, Andrew, along with Boston’s Food & Nutrition team, work to develop exciting, inclusive new menus that will help make Boston a leader in K-12 nutrition.
